WUES Rebate/Rewards Program
There are several programs that many of our families can take advantage of to provide cash back to our school and PTO. You most likely buy these products and shop at these stores and by learning about the various programs you can help with cash donations given back to our school. Please review the following list and participate where you can.
Some of the companies that will donate a portion of what you spend to West University Elementary School are listed below. Also, be sure to ask friends and family to collect box tops for us and to add WUES to their information at the stores listed below.
Box Tops for Education
Students are encouraged to save box tops from General Mills, Ziploc and Kleenex products which can be redeemed for cash. Place the box tops in the BOX TOPS container in the office. Please refer to the Box Tops tab for more information on this program.
In addition, register and shop online and a portion of your qualifying purchases will be donated to WUES. You will not be paying any extra and you will be shopping at well known stores like Barnes & Noble, Eddie Bauer, Gap, Lands’ End, Dell, etc.
Donations from Partner Stores You Patronize
Several stores will donate a portion of your purchases to WUES if you designate it as your beneficiary. This money goes directly to the school budget and not to the PTO. Assuming the typical family spends $100 per week on food and there are about 500+ families, WUES could be getting over $2,000 per month to support and enhance our children’s education. All this and you do not have to pay any extra for your purchases!
Kroger Neighbor to Neighbor Donation Progam
Kroger makes a donation back to the school based upon purchased made during the year. The donations are distributed across to the registered local charities. Our PTO charity number will be announced as soon as it has been approved and set up by Kroger. Please be sure to register your card back to the school. We will update website once we get our Kroger number from their headquarters.
Pottery Barn Kids and Pottery Barn Teen
WUES will qualify for up to 4% back on annual net sales of our Gear merchandise including backpacks, lunch bags, and duffle bags. We will receive an annual donation based on the previous year’s spend on total Gear merchandise purchased at Pottery Barn Kids and Pottery Barn Teen.
Below is our member ID and password. The member ID and password will be required every time an order is placed online or in a retail store to track your school’s annual sales.
